Due to the 2.4G wireless characteristics, it is important to keep the device face-to-face when using, and avoid turning your back to the receiver, as this may easily generate breakpoints, which is a normal phenomenon. Additionally, do not block the antenna position to avoid poor signal generation.

Furthermore, do not use this equipment in the vicinity of heat sources or interference sources, such as radiators, ovens, refrigerators, air conditioners, smartphones, or near WIFI access points. If the pick-up distance is close or when used outdoors, please put on the wind muff to prevent sound bursts or reduce wind noise.

For iPhone 7 and above iOS smartphones, please purchase an ORIGINAL Lightning -3.5mm TRRS adapter cable from Apple's official website. Using a third-party lightning cable may be incompatible or affect the sound quality. (This adapter is not included in our packaging.)

The BoomX-D wireless lav mic provides a Mono/Stereo switch, allowing you to choose the corresponding mode to make your video more professional. (Please note that when combined with a smartphone, stereo audio output is disabled when using the one-trigger-one mode.)
